Our 'Group Coaching and Bootcamp sessions' offer great fitness and fat loss benefits. The sessions are based on the latest studies, which show high intensity intervals using body weight and equipment such as kettlebells, ropes, TRX (body weight as resistance), medicine balls and sand bags burn up to nine times more fat than steady state aerobic activities such as your average aerobics class.
